Chip-In for a Healthy Community
– WGMC’s eighth annual golf outing – was a success!

Special Thanks to our generous sponsors for enabling the Clinic to put on such a great day. Thanks to our 103 golfers for coming out and chipping in. And thanks to the staff at Nettle Creek for such a great course, meal and superior service!

We raised $14,630.60! That money will go a long way in providing health care and hope. Because of our large volunteer base, we are able to stretch each $1.00 that is donated to provide $14.33 in services. It’s pretty impressive when you consider what can be accomplished working and playing together! (The day’s profits will pay for services valued at $209,656.49.) THANK YOU!

Photo Cuts:

No! There are NO square golf balls. This golfer is taking a swing in the Marshmallow Drive Contest.	First place golfers this year were Mr. and Mrs. Bob Conway. Barb is a volunteer nurse at the Clinic. The Conways generously donated their prize winnings back to the Clinic!
Thanks to our raffle donors and especially to Grants Appliances and Electronics for such super prizes. Where else can you go for a day of golf and come home with a plasma TV, barbecue grill, wine cooler, DVD player and more? WGMC board member Vince Benigni draws a winning ticket.	A foursome at work!
